Upon registration to My Account, you will be able to access order history. DCPI brings this convenience feature to you, enabling you to save time by managing your current and past orders all in one place. With this feature, you will be able to:

1. Check all of your orders with us, including all of the details of each individual order like the date of purchase, products, and quantity; and

2. See the current status of all of your orders. Be informed on the meaning of each status by clicking the button below.

Order Tracking

Checking of your order history is made easy! Just follow the two (2) steps provided below.

STEP 1. Make sure that you are registered and logged in to My Account. You will know that you are registered if you are able to see your username when you click My Account.

STEP 2. Locate Orders on the left-hand side of the screen on desktop view. If you are on mobile view, this will appear right under the search bar.

And you’re done! You should now be able to see your order history.

In navigating your order history, you may click on the Order Number or the View button to check on the details of your order. You may also use the order number as reference in informing us if you have any concerns regarding them.
