How do I track my order and what does this status mean?

You will be notified on the status of your order via email on the email address that your have provided in the billing details upon check-out. Provided below are a more detailed meaning of the status for your reference on your orders.
1. ORDER PROCESSING. Upon placing your order with us, you will be able to receive a confirmation via email that we have received your order. Then, our sales team representatives will process your transaction documents and we’ll prepare your parcel for scheduling of pick-up or delivery. 
2. ORDER ON-HOLD – Should there be any concerns within your order that needs clarification or if you request to do so, your order may be set on-hold for the meantime. An email will be sent to your email address upon changing the status of your order to on-hold.
3. ORDER PARTIALLY SHIPPED – For online orders that opted for Pick-up, this is a notice that your order is ready for pick-up. You should be able to see a notification via email on this status. Additionally, you will should be directly informed by your attending sales representative that your order is ready for pick-up.
4. ORDER SHIPPED – For online orders that are scheduled for Delivery, your order will be marked as shipped once it leaves our office premises. You should also be able to see a notification via email on this status, and directly informed by your attending sales representative.
5. ORDER DELIVERED – Your order will be marked as delivered through the following instances: (a) For online orders that opted for Pick-up, when your order has been picked-up and received by you or the courier service provider and has left our office; (b) For online orders that are scheduled for Delivery, when your order has been confirmed to be delivered at the delivery location. You will be able to receive an email for this status change of your order.
6. ORDER CANCELLED – If you cancelled your order, a confirmation email of the cancellation will be sent to your email.
