What benefits do I get from registering at DCPI My Account?
Make life easier with these various convenience features offered by My Account
1. ACCESS YOUR ORDER HISTORY – Although we provide emails for your orders, it may be hard to track your order history–especially with an active email account. With DCPI My Account, you will be able to check your order history all in one place. Check your current and previous purchases, all complete with details. If you are already registered with us, you can check your order history by clicking My Account > Orders.
2. TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS – Similarly, you can take a more detailed view on your orders and track the status of your orders through your DCPI My Account. If you are already registered with us, you can check your order history by clicking My Account > Orders > Check the individual Order #.
3. SAVE YOUR ADDRESS – Save time filling-out forms by saving your billing address and shipping address. By doing so, your saved addresses will be automatically filled-out upon check out of your order. If you are already registered with us, you can check your order history by clicking My Account > Addresses.
4. CHECK YOUR DOWNLOADS – Easily get back by check your download history from our collection of catalogues and publications. If you are already registered with us, you can check your order history by clicking My Account > Downloads.
