How do I cancel an order?

If you have changed your mind on your placed order, follow the steps provided below on how to cancel an order. 
STEP 1. Prepare the documentary requirements.
Upon placing your order, you will be provided with an email stating the confirmation of your order. Prepare a copy of this email for reference.
If in you have already paid for the order via bank transfer and other online means, please prepare a copy of the receipt as well. Ensure that the details are clear and readable for checking.
STEP 2. Present your interest for cancellation of the order.
Forward or provide us with a copy of the order confirmation email at <sales@dcpi.com.ph> or contact us immediately at the contact form provided below.
Please be guided that your order is no longer eligible for cancellation once it’s status is changed as Shipped or Delivered. You will receive an email notification once your order’s status has been changed.
STEP 3. Wait for your order’s status to change as Cancelled.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification that your order has been Cancelled.
If you are registered with us on My Account, you can also check the status of your order via My Account > Orders > Order # (Provided in the email notification).
