For transactions with purchase order value of below PHP 5,000.00, we recommend to pick-up your order. For purchase order value of above PHP 5,000.00, you may choose to either pick-up the item or have it delivered. 

1. PICK-UP – Depending if you have an available transport vehicle and if its suitability for the transportation of the product you are purchasing, you may opt to either (A) self pick-up or (B) arrange pick-up via courier services, at our office location at 74 P. Cruz Street, San Jose, Mandaluyong City 1550, Philippines.

NOTE: Please wait for a confirmation from your attending sales representative if the product that you have purchased is ready for pick-up before going into or scheduling couriers in the specified address to avoid long waiting time.

A. SELF PICK-UP – You may choose to pick-up your order at our office address, as provided. Kindly consider the dimensions of the product you have purchased and bring the appropriate vehicle for transportation.

B. PICK-UP VIA COURIER SERVICES – You may also arrange with courier services such as Lalamove to pick-up your order at our office location at the same address. The delivery cost shall be shouldered by the buyer.

2. DELIVERY – For transactions that reach the minimum order value, you may also choose to have us deliver your purchased product to your address. In the same manner, you may opt to either have it delivered (A) as per delivery schedule or (B) delivery via courier services.

A. AS PER DELIVERY SCHEDULE – With this option, our logistics will be including your order in our daily delivery schedule. You will be notified by your attending sales representative on the date of the delivery for confirmation. Please see the guide below for the minimum order value per area, or confirm with your attending sales representative.

Mandaluyong City and adjacent areas – Minimum Order Value of PHP 5,000.00

Areas within NCR that require toll fees from Mandaluyong City (e.g. Valenzuela, Antipolo, etc.) – Minimum Order Value of PHP 30,000.00

Areas outside NCR – Minimum Order Value of PHP 150,000.00

B. DELIVERY VIA COURIER SERVICES – We may also arrange with courier services to deliver your order at your specified address. The delivery cost shall be shouldered by the buyer.

3. DELIVERY FOR ADDRESSES THAT DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE – For addresses that do not meet the minimum order value, we encourage you to buy at our E-Commerce shopping platforms such as SHOPEE and LAZADA.

For self pick-up and pick-up via courier services, our office is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM on weekdays, excluding holidays. We encourage buyers to arrange your shipments diligently so we would not go beyond the given schedule.
