Where can I get an invoice?
Should you opt to pick-up your order at our office location, you will be able to personally sign the invoice and acquire a copy of it.
If you choose to have your product delivered as per our delivery schedule (minimum purchase value of PHP 5,000.00), our delivery personnel will have you sign the invoice and will provide your copy upon delivery of the product at your location.
For orders within our online shop that are picked-up or delivered by courier services, you have the option to request for a copy of your invoice to be included with the packaged order. Include this request on the Order Notes section upon check-out or inform your attending sales representative. The invoice will be signed by the courier service provider upon collecting the package from our office.
Where can I request a copy of an invoice?
If you are not able to acquire a copy of your invoice or if you want a digital copy of the invoice, you may also include this request on the Order Notes section upon check-out or communicate this matter with your attending sales representative.
